The TRIO BATTERY Lithium-Ion Battery Assembly Facility, established within the framework of TRIO ENERGY, sets out to integrate more than 20 years of engineering and project consultancy experience with renewable energy solutions and innovative technologies, in order to offer valuable, clean energy solutions to the ecosystem and society.
The Lithium-Ion Battery Assembly Facility has an annual production capacity of 750 – 1,000 MWh, developing a wide range of residential, industrial, and grid-scale storage systems ranging from 50 kW to 5 MW. It operates in a total area of 6,000 square meters, consisting of 2,000 square meters of indoor assembly space, 2,000 square meters of indoor reserve space, 1,750 square meters of outdoor reserve space, and 250 square meters of administrative and management space.
The facility carries out all the necessary work, including the installation of machinery, equipment, auxiliary systems, commissioning, field acceptance tests, and optimization, to bring the final product to end-users. The unique control systems for Trio Battery products are developed in collaboration with leading universities and stakeholders in Turkey, making them domestically and nationally produced.
